This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on mass-trading.fr, a platform exclusively dedicated to business customers. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in a professional capacity and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Areas
Mass-Trading.fr delivers within mainland France and to selected countries within the European Union.
For shipments to other destinations, prior approval is required. Please contact our sales team at:

2. Shipping Methods
To ensure speed and security, we ship exclusively via:

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, additional processing time may apply.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:

A custom quote may be provided for large or specific orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

The business customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring proper receipt of the goods.
6. Delivery & Inspection (B2B Obligations)
As a business customer, you are subject to specific obligations upon delivery:
Mandatory Inspection
You must:

Check the condition of the parcel upon delivery

Verify the contents (quantity, model, visual condition)

Report any issue immediately to the carrier
Delivery Reservations
Any issue must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery slip with precise and detailed comments, such as:

“Parcel opened”

“Screen cracked”
-
“Missing item”
Notification Deadline
Any issue must be reported to Mass-Trading.fr within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to report within this timeframe or absence of proper reservations will result in the delivery being deemed compliant, in accordance with standard B2B practices.
7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels (B2B)
In case of delay, loss, or damage:

A carrier investigation will be initiated (typically 5 to 10 business days)

No replacement or compensation will be issued before the investigation is completed

Compensation is subject to the carrier’s terms and limitations
Liability
In a B2B context:

Delivery times are indicative only

Mass-Trading.fr shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier

No liability is accepted for any business loss (loss of contract, penalties, loss of revenue, etc.)
8. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Failure to collect from pickup point

Refusal of delivery
Reshipping costs will be fully charged to the customer.
9. No Right of Withdrawal (B2B)
In accordance with applicable law, no right of withdrawal applies between professionals, except where expressly required by law (not applicable to products sold on this website).
All orders are therefore final and binding.
