This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which MASS TRADING provides warranty coverage for products sold on www.mass-trading.fr.


1. Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies exclusively to products sold by MASS TRADING to business customers (B2B).

Unless otherwise specified, products are sold as:

  • Used

  • Refurbished

  • Or second-hand

Warranty terms may vary depending on the product category and condition.


2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice:

  • Used products: 6-month limited warranty

  • Refurbished products: 6-month limited warranty

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.


3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions

  • Functional defects not caused by the customer

  • Components failing under normal use conditions

At its discretion, MASS TRADING will:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace it with an equivalent product

  • Or issue a refund or credit if no solution is available


4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

A product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it is non-functional upon delivery.

The customer must:

  • Report the issue within 5 business days of receipt

  • Provide proof (photos or videos)

DOA products are eligible for:

  • Priority replacement

  • Or full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable)


5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (shock, liquid damage, misuse)

  • Improper installation or use

  • Wear and tear or consumable parts (batteries, cables, etc.)

  • Software issues or compatibility problems

  • Products modified or repaired by third parties

  • Damage during return shipping if not properly packaged

Any product returned incomplete or altered may void the warranty.


6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at info@mass-trading.fr

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the defect

  3. Wait for validation and return instructions

  4. Ship the product with the provided RMA number

No warranty claims will be processed without prior approval.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the defect is confirmed, MASS TRADING may cover or reimburse return shipping costs

  • If no fault is found, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASS TRADING shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business

  • Any damages exceeding the value of the purchased product


9. Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their systems.

No warranty applies in case of incompatibility with existing hardware or software.
